Sales Training
The sales training is comprised of:

  • Five (5) Residential Sales Consultant classes yearly.
    • Two week program focused on technical and sales to better equip the RSC for success in their market.
  • Two (2) Commercial Account Manager classes each year.
    • Two week course focused on technical and sales to better empower the RSC for success in their market.
  • Two (2) different sales programs put on for General Managers semiannually, totaling 4.5 training days, focusing on sales culture and day-to-day sales leadership.

Technical Training
The technical training for technicians is comprised of:

  • HVAC tune-up procedural training semiannually
  • Heat exchanger and carbon monoxide inspection annually
  • Technical communication and ‘build-a-tech’ semiannually
  • Ongoing NATE certification and specialty courses as needed

Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning is investing in further instruction through the use of a Learning Management System, to drive assigned and ad hoc programs to better offer a complete education to our technical staff.

Miscellaneous Training

  • Biannually, conduct Operational Excellence for General Managers, to offer support, resources, and framework for managing a business from the P&L perspective.

Customer Service Specialist

  • Semiannually, participate in outbound calling through a one (1) day course. In this program we go over heating, ventilation, and air conditioning basics, what makes people invest, calling techniques, scripts, customer purchasing indicators, and overcoming customer grievances.

Dispatcher

  • No formal courses given. As needed training given by the General Manager and appropriate staff at the center.
