Extremely dissatisfied due to confusion regarding if the heating unit belongs to me or is still under lease, by previous owner. I'm the one left with a broken heating unit, and they're not helping me. Extremely unhappy.

I paid them once to come out and check on something. They didn't even fix anything, only recommended replacing the system. I used someone else for my HVAC replacement. They won't stop with the spam calls. They call me every few months, wanting me to have them service my system. I've asked multiple times to be removed from their call list but I keep getting the calls.
