Midland Air Service Experts was thrilled to volunteer with the Midlands Ride for Kids in April. This marks the second year that Midland Air has raised money for this remarkable event that helps fund the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, the primary nonprofit supporting research into childhood brain tumors. The raised money funds free education resources, college scholarships for brain tumor survivors, and emergency financial support for families.
Midland Air Service Experts gave $1000 to this incredible cause and the nationwide event has gathered over half-a-million dollars. Rebecca Jumper, Midland Air’s PLUS Maintenance Agreement Specialist, has been involved in the event since 2014 and her dad’s riding group rides in the Midlands Ride for Kids annually.
“My dad’s riding club rides every year because they can have fun and ride motorcycles, all for an amazing cause.” You can see Rebecca’s dad below with his 2016 rider:
The sweet motorcycle riders may do it for fun, but Midland Air Service Experts isn’t as into the riding part of the event. “We just do it for the kids,” said Rebecca.
