James Jackson performed my semiannual maintenance check today. He was professional, prompt, and friendly. He alerted me to an issue with the ductwork that was inhibiting airflow. I really appreciate the thorough inspection and top-notch service. He is an asset to the company!

Freddie came out and fixed our leak in the ceiling and explained the maintenance plus membership to me he was very professional and knowledgeable I am definitely recommend him to family and friends Big thank you to Teays Valley Service experts. (Five star review, after because it was fixed the problem we called for..buuut) The same day I told Fred it was leaking again, and that something we did made the water from the sink clog up the tub and since I had missed work meeting fred I had to work the next day (Friday Feb 23) so we agreed for him to come back Tuesday, today, Feb 27 and my ex wife reached out and had to find out what happened and he was in an accident. Why cannot people communicate? I do not understand it. No one would like that done to them. Prior to all this we called them a few weeks ago had a guy come out and estimate, everything was good, we set a date to do it, I took off again for that day and a no show, no call no nothing. The dispatch lady said the gentleman coming was busy and had a lot that Friday, then why schedule us for the same day for a whole week later. Yes it is frustrating when you do everything right you get left on hold and left in the dark. By the way, I helped fred do everything he was doing that day, being and set up ladder, prove my own tools (just a hammer and screw driver if I found it) he is very knowledgeable and a cool guy but I gotta be honest because I don’t know why I have to go thru this when we are paying customers. When he left I got my kids and cleaned the whole kitchen up because it was a mess but I don’t mind, but I still had too. Fred set us up with a membership which took off $200 and military discount but we was still charged full price, still have not received the refund. So far I took off four days for one day of work 😞ridiculous. Fred also wrote my first review saying he was professional, no cap. I’m exposing the third wall on places the more they front and do. Not. Communicate. I want to use there electrician services and continue there plumbing services but soon I will have to cut them off if this persist word. Also fred said yesterday while we spoke throughout the day that he would come yesterday. We agreed. Never heard nothing. I don’t get it, I just do not get it. I am about to call and ask about the refund again here shortly.

I just want you all to know that Robert Armstrong and Joel Beatty are very nice young men . Polite very good workers knowledgeable and very courteous. I am pleased with those young men and Eli who took care of our problem about a month ago. Recommend all very highly. Thanks again. Will spread the quality of work your guys are doing!
